Mid Hudson Youth Hockey League

We are happy to have our very own In-House league in Poughkeepsie. This is a 9U-14U non-checking house hockey league for players aged 9-14 with at least 1-2 seasons of skating experience. We typically have a fall and a following winter/spring session. The schedule consists of six practices and one game per week. There will be evaluations in the first two weeks, and teams will follow the American Development Model from USA Hockey. The program costs $875, including jerseys.
